Paid Breaks = Pay increase

Do you do the following in lesson breaks? Before your first lesson? After the last lesson? It is work. It must be paid.

Prepare material for lessons (kids classes, outservices, general)

Answer student questions

Supervise kids between lessons

Complete counselling sheets

Collect, return and transfer peda cards

Collect and return teaching materials

Be available to talk with staff members.

Answer questions from your managers and supervisors.
